WHO WE ARE

I've been through the wars. I've been knocked down, pushed aside, and left standing outside with nowhere to turn. I know what it feels like when everything crashes down. When you can't see your kids. When the system lets you down. When you're screaming for someone to listen — and no one's there. I don't claim to have all the answers. But I know something's missing. And I know a few of us together? We've got ALL the answers between us. We just need the chance. We just need the backing.

WHAT WE'RE BUILDING — THE DOOR

There should be a door. A door that's OPEN RIGHT NOW. No waiting six months. No ten-minute phone call. No sending you back to your reality to deal with it alone. A place to walk into — no appointment needed. People who've been through it — talking, listening, understanding. No judgment, no fine print, no waiting list. 12 men at a time — enough to support, not too many to feel lost. A safe space — today, tomorrow, always.

We look at AA meetings and CA meetings — they work because they've got sponsors. Someone who's been there, done that, got through it. That's exactly what I want to build here. Someone who understands. Someone who doesn't need a textbook — they need to have lived it. And we'll have a HELPLINE too — so anyone, anywhere, can pick up the phone and get connected straight to someone who's come through the same thing. No waiting. No red tape. Just someone who gets it.

WHY THE MONEY — WHERE EVERY PENNY GOES

First target: £25,000 — enough to pay for one funeral. To keep one man here. To actually open the door — ready for twelve men to walk in — costs a lot more than £25,000. But £25,000? That pays for one man's funeral. That's one life lost. That's exactly what we're trying to stop. This is simple — it either happens, or it doesn't. If it doesn't happen? I DON'T TAKE A PENNY. Not a single penny. Every penny goes to the cause. I'm not here to earn — I'm here to build. NO ONE GETS RICH FROM THIS. Not in money. We get rich saving lives. That's the only wealth we want. And at the end of the day — if I do not hit the target of what I want to hit? I'll just keep paying for funerals. Because it ain't about the money. It's never been about the money.

TWELVE MEN A DAY

Twelve men are taking their lives. Making the ultimate sacrifice. One of them, every single day. That's one too many. That's why this organisation needs to exist. Unless we can stop those funerals — what's the fucking point? And at the end of the day, if these avenues have worked with any of these other things — what's to say it won't work with this? Everyone deserves a chance. Everyone deserves a second chance. But it seems like men are never given it. Please — spread this. Get this out there. Because at the end of the day — this could be your father. It could be your brother. It could be your dad. It could be someone you love.

HOW IT WORKS — TOGETHER WE ARE THE SOLUTION

When two broken people sit together? They're not broken anymore — they become the solution. Peer support — men who've walked the path. No qualifications needed — just been through the fire. Equal voice — everyone gets heard, everyone matters. Voting system — no one owns it, no one controls it. People-led — the people who've been through the system, run the system.

THE JOURNEY — LONDON TO GIBRALTAR ON QUAD ROLLER SKATES

I'm going to be traveling across Europe. I've worked it out — I'll be seeing at least a quarter of a million people. They'll see my banner. They'll see my high-vis with FALLING FATHERS on it. And then they'll Google it. And then they'll see this. Hopefully it can make a difference...Hopefully it can make a difference. At the end of the day — I've danced with the devil so many times that now the devil's copying my dance. Hence the reason why I'm going to throw myself into the most dangerous situation I possibly can — traveling across Europe on quad roller skates. It's never been done before. Probably never. It's not guaranteed. It's an attempt. But it's something I've known I had to do. I'd rather try and fail than not try at all. At the end of the day — I've danced with the devil so many times that now the devil's copying my dance. Hence the reason why I'm going to throw myself into the most dangerous situation I possibly can. Traveling Europe on a set of skates, with a twenty-pound Tesco tent — and I'm going up the Alps. It's never been done before. Probably never. It's not guaranteed. It's an attempt. But it's something I've known I had to do. I'd rather try and fail than not try at all. Every mile, every push, every step — it's to carry this message. It's to show that we WILL keep going, even when it's hard. 30 days on the road. Every penny raised builds the door. Every mile speaks for the men who can't speak for themselves. We don't stop until the door is open.

THE FUTURE — PEOPLE OWNED, PEOPLE RUN

Within 10–15 years — this belongs to NO ONE and EVERYONE. No one buys shares. No one owns it. No one exploits it. You can't buy a vote — you earn it by being part of it. Full blueprint released in 5 years — so anyone, anywhere, can build one too. We don't want to be the only one — we want this everywhere.
